Ooh, I’m starting my first quilt-along!
I love the button.
The first step is picking a color palette. I have tons of green in my stash, so I’m trying to pick something that features green. I took Lynne’s suggestion of spending some time on the Design Seeds website, which is super cool for color inspiration. I think I’ve settled on this palette:
I’m excited about this palette because not only can I use up lots of my green stash, but I also can use some baby pink fabrics that I have in my stash and it gives me an excuse to buy some orange fabrics, which I crave!! And I can use this awesome pink/orange scooter fabric that I already bought:
How perfect is that? So fun! Can’t wait for the next step in the quilt-along!
